How do you train the filter and let emails that you want through the filter ?
The SpamGuard filter that is part of Yahoo Xtra's email system can be 'trained'. There are also a few simple explicit steps that you can take to allow emails from envirotab.com through.
Step One - Log on to the Xtra web Email page
You will need to log in to the Web EMail section of the Xtra web site at https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?.partner=tnz&.intl=nz&.done=http://mail.yahoo.co.nz.
If you have not logged in to that site before then you need to go through their login sequence first.
Note : the Email section on the Xtra web site is the only way to change your Spam settings at Xtra and the only way to find emails that Xtra has decided as spam.
Step Two - Look in the Spam folder for emails from envirotab.com
Now that you are logged on, have a look in the Spam folder on the left hand side, for emails from envirotab.com.

When you find emails from envirotab.com in the Spam folder, click on the Not Spam button above the email.
This will allow the email through in to your Inbox.
Step Three - Add envirotab.com to your Contacts on Xtra
In the web Email interface for Xtra, add the following email addresses as contacts :
- web@envirotab.com
- sales@envirotab.com
- support@envirotab.com
Step Four - Training SpamGuard
Read up on training SpamGuard at the Xtra web site. Here are some relevant web pages :
