What is Verification ?
This site uses a very simple method of verification in order to validate that the email address provided during signup is a real email address. We need to do this because the site sends you an email at each step of the ordering process to confirm your order, your payment, and the dispatch of your Enviro-Tab products.

How does Verification work ?
It's simple and easy.
When you sign up for an account, the web site sends you an email to the email address you provided. The email that is sent looks similar to this :

  Dear YOUR NAME,

Thank you for creating a Member account at Envirotab.com. We have sent you this
confirmation message as a verification step to ensure that your email address was
typed correctly and is valid.

Your Member ID : 0000000001

To confirm your account at Envirotab.com, simply click on the link below. If your email program does not display the link as a hyperlink then copy and paste the URL into the address box in your web browser.

Please note that you MUST use the above link to verify your account before you can log in to your Member account at Envirotab.com. Once you have verified your account you will be able to log in to the Member section of the web site (http://www.Envirotab.com/Members/) immediately and purchase Enviro-Tab products.

There are no fees associated with your free Consumer level account at Envirotab.com.

If you did not fill in a form to create an account at Envirotab.com, then you can simply simply ignore this message.

All you have to do is click on the link included in the email, so that our web site knows that the email address you provided is spelt correctly and is valid.

 

I haven't received my Verification Email. What should I do ?
With the ever present problem of Spam on the Internet, some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have very agressive anti-spam filters in place.

Occassionally these spam filters mistakenly catch emails such as our verification email, and they don't tell you, so all that you know is that the email never turned up.

Firstly, rest assured that the email was sent by the web site, so it has turned up somewhere.
Follow these general steps :

  1. Double check that you have spelled your email address properly when you signed up for your account. If the email was sent to an invalid account then you will never receive it.
     
  2. If you use Telecom's Xtra as your ISP in New Zealand, read our detailed page on Training the Xtra Spam Filter
     
  3. If you use another ISP then log in to the webmail account provided by your ISP and check the Spam settings. Check whether the email from Envirotab has been caught by the Spam Filter and put aside. If the spam filter provided
     
  4. Add web@envirotab.com, sales@envirotab.com and support@envirotab.com as Contacts in your email, or add them to the spam whitelist to allow emails from envirotab.com to get through.
     
  5. If you still have no luck with any of those options then please Contact Us and we will manually verify your account for you.
     

Alternatively ...
Google's free email system (Gmail.com) is an excellent system which you can safely use with envirotab.com.

Sign up for a free gmail account and check your gmail account directly from your email program.
